Plans and credits
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars and renew automatically until you cancel. Each plan adds its credit allowance when it renews; unused plan credits don’t roll over. Credit packs need an active plan, never expire, and stay on your account if you cancel. Plan credits are used before pack credits. Every Engram shows its price in credits before you make it.
Changing your plan
Upgrades start immediately: you pay the full price of the new plan, your billing date resets to the day you upgrade, and you keep your unused plan credits on top of the new allowance. Downgrades start at your next renewal.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If a renewal payment fails, no new credits are added until it succeeds. Prices include any tax that applies; you pay exactly the listed price.
AI-generated results
Videos are generated by AI models and may not match what you expected. You must have the rights to anything you upload, and you may not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive or infringing content. Subject to these terms, you may use the videos you create, including commercially.
