Cancelling a plan

Cancel anytime from Credits → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Plan credits end with the plan; pack credits stay on your account.

Refunds

If you haven’t used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying it. Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and aren’t refunded once used.

Failed videos

If a video can’t be finished, its credits come back to your balance automatically.

EU and UK customers

When you buy, you ask us to deliver your credits immediately and agree that this ends your 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase.
